Eligibility for Return
 • Items can only be returned if they have not been customised with a custom name and/or custom number.
 • Customised jerseys are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return Conditions
 • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
 • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
 • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
 • Returns must be shipped using a trackable service. We are not liable for any lost or damaged return packages.

 • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or any form of alteration

Return Process
 1. Contact us at website.jerseyspot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
 2. If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and return instructions.
 3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 • Please ensure that you select the correct size using our size chart before placing your order, especially for customised jerseys.
 • If you receive a defective or incorrect item (and it is not customised), please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
