Returns



  • Jerseys can only be returned if they have not been customised (custom name or custom number).
  • To be eligible for a return, the jersey must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

(Note: In certain cases, instead of a full return, we may offer a partial refund or a discount code as an alternative solution to help the customer. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to provide the most suitable resolution.)






Non-Returnable Items



  • Customised jerseys (with custom name or number) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Items returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility criteria will not be accepted.






Refunds



  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.






Exchanges



  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or design, please place a new order and return the original item as per our return policy.






Damaged or Incorrect Items



  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at website.jerseyspot@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos for faster resolution.
